i appreciated the regular FREE shuttle to town, it made getting around easier. the hotel pool was clean AND inviting. being so close to the beach was a real PLUS.

free shuttle pebble beach
The staff was helpful and they offered a free shuttle to the city center every three hours (it was very convenient). the hotel is also just 50 meters from a pebble beach. I could hear the waves from my room.
The towels were not new. They felt a little rough.

The staff members were all so friendly and helpful. the pool area was very clean and inviting. it was perfect for a refreshing dip after a day exploring. i appreciated the hotel's free shuttle service to and from the main town, it made getting around really easy!
the balcony was a little small, so i couldn't fully enjoy the amazing views from there but it was ok.

the hotel is very close to the beach. i appreciated the free shuttle bus into the main town. the staff was friendly and helped with transport to the port and i found it convenient.
the pool towels felt very old, and replacements are needed.

unstable faucet rough towels
The free shuttle to the center was acceptable, I used it to get around the island.
The faucet in the bathroom was unstable. Water didn't drain properly after showering. The towels were old and rough. I think they really need to be replaced.

helpful staff complimentary shuttle ample loungers
The staff was really helpful. They provided information about local attractions and transportation options. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service to the center. It saved on taxi fares. I found the pool area to be a great place to relax after sightseeing. It included plenty of sun loungers.
The gym equipment is a little outdated.
